Stained Glass, Node Replacement Tool. Minor exploit: free color change
Perhaps the same as #33, due to how colors were implemented?
Expected Stained Glass usage model: dyeing Super Glow Glass to a color of Stained Glass is a non-interchangeable, permanent color choice. Obtaining new colors of Stained Glass requires the appropriate Dye, and the action of crafting the new color.
Color swap "exploit" setup:
- Place your Stained Glass blocks of the wrong color (any) in the correct locations in the world (or just line them up for mining when done).
- Leave at least one Stained Glass in inventory, as a Node Replacement Tool source.
- Find anyone's placed Stained Glass of your desired color (or place your own if you merely have too few).
- Use the Node Replacement Tool to take a sneak-right-click sample of the desired color.
- Replace your placed blocks of the wrong color. Note that the one in inventory is unaffected, and could even be a third color.
Expected result: an alert that "You have no further $x. Replacement failed." Actual result: The target takes on the sampled color, with no dye cost nor crafting requirement.
The swapped nodes can then also optionally be mined and will enter inventory correctly, with the new color.
