Subject: [PATCH] Lua_api.txt: Add biome and nodeupdate documentation
Add missing documentation for 'register_biome' and
'clear_registered_biomes'.
Add documentation for 'nodeupdate_single'. 'nodeupdate'
is not yet documented due to a bug it causes.
