Enchantment for obsidian tools (and some more tool stuff)

Dirk requested to merge enchantability into master

Make enchantment works on obsidian tools (groups pickaxe, axe, shovel and sword added). Add enchantability (highest enchantability for silver tools). Add the breaking sound for obsidian tools (note my PR upstream is ignored). Add some if minetest.get_modpath(making the code nicer :-)).
