only one ingot as output

Dirk requested to merge obsidian_ingot-recipe into master

With portals and teleport (/home) obsidian blocks are too easy to duplicate. Therefore, for obsidian armor and tools to be better than diamond, the recipe should has only one (and not two) obsidian ingot as output.
