Nether armor and tools

Dirk requested to merge dirk/aestivalserver-mods:nether into master

Adapt Nether armor to the other armors and adjust some more values. Change custom Nether tools definitions to overrides - I DID NOT TEST THIS (because it is in the src). Please test before merge.
