This is cleaned up by `cleanfile` (from the linux kernel tree
tool set).

Allow user to pick up globe by hand.

Run `luacheck .` in the toplevel folder and it'll check all
the code. There are plenty of warnings out there to fix atm.

This pull checks for mesecons_mvps mod and adds the item frame and
pedestal items to the list of non-movable items so that players cannot
exploit the double-item glitch.

mesecons_mvps added to depends.txt file for this to work.

There's no actual code changes here.

Tested with "protector".
