Add error output on fail to shutdown sqlite3 map db
Implement shutdown of sqlite3 rollback db

Fix positioning of tabheader in order to be usable for scaling GUIs
WARNING: this changes position of current tabheaders, mods have to adjust!

Pass drawtype and material type to shaders.
Move shaders generation to startup only.
Allow assign shaders per tile.
